Job Summary

As a Global Customer Account Manager at Quantum Technology Systems, you are more than a relationship lead; you are a trusted execution partner. Supporting our most significant global data center accounts, you will ensure long-term retention by managing the intersection of account growth and supply chain stability. This role is a feeder into Operations Leadership or Program Management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Account Governance: Own the execution of supply chain activities for assigned global accounts. Ensure that what is promised in the board room is delivered on the data center floor. 
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Lead live coordination calls during overlap hours between the US, EU, and APAC to resolve delivery bottlenecks or technical exceptions. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze account-level supply chain data to identify recurring risks. Drive process improvements that optimize cost and increase delivery predictability for the client. 
  • Vendor & 3PL Governance: Support the onboarding and governance of 3PL partners and OEMs, ensuring they meet the stringent performance KPIs required by our top-tier customers. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Client Management: 3–5 years of experience managing global or US-based enterprise accounts with a high-visibility execution component. 
  • Strategic Decision Support: Ability to translate complex data center supply chain data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. 
  • High Ownership Mindset: A track record of operating with minimal supervision while driving corrective actions across multi-vendor workflows. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
